With just a few clicks, you benefit from numerous options that make communication with the cooperative easier than ever before.
You can also view all information about your contracts and your WSG membership directly.The following uses are currently available:• Viewing your usage contracts and our letters addressed to you (incl.
utility bills)• View your membership information• Transmission of damage reports, complaints, callback requests, requests for master data changes or other suggestions• Monthly consumption information on your heating usage• Retrieval of rental receipts in the self-service center• Direct change of communication data such as phone number or email addressBy using the associated app and the service portal, you are also supporting your cooperative on the way to a paper-free, sustainable and digital future.
